What time are you open until?

‘The answer is of course 24/7! Any day, any time, 24 hours”

Is there a call-out charge?

“No, we don’t charge for call outs, parking, congestion or travel”

Are your electrical engineers NICEIC Approved?

“Yes, all of our electricians are NICEIC Approved”

Do you work with appliances?

“We install and remove appliances and can help if there is an issue with power, water or waste going to and from the appliance. However, any other repairs such as a fault we may not be able to help with. It’s always best to give us a call and we can discuss whether it’s something we can do”

Are your plumbers qualified?

“Yes, our plumbing engineers are fully qualified and trained to the highest standards”

Are your gas engineers certified gas safe?

“Yes, each of our gas engineers is fully trained and certified by Gas Safe”

Why is the top of my radiator cold?

“This is usually due to air trapped at the top of the radiator which needs “bleeding”. If you’re having this issue, give us a call we’ll definitely be able to help”

Why does my drain seem to always get clogged?

“One of the most common causes of a drain blockage is human hair and oils from soaps and shampoos. You should also try to avoid pouring fat, oils or milk down the drain and make sure it’s cleaned regularly. If the problem persists, give us a call and we can get it unblocked for you”

Why is my shower head leaking?

“The most common cause of this is the ‘O’ ring around the head which might need replacing, try this and if the problem persists call one of our professionals as it may be a more complicated issue”

Why is my tap constantly dripping?

“There can be a number of reasons for this, so it’s usually best to call a professional out to have a look”

Why is my water discoloured?

“If the water is white in colour, this is usually caused by bubbles of air and is usually harmless and will clear if the water is left to stand. If the water is a darker and brown in colour this is most probably due to iron from sediment that has built up over time. To stop this, you should look to update or replace your pipes, depending on their condition. If you’re unsure, don’t hesitate to give us a call and we’ll have a look”

How do I know if an electrical outlet is faulty?

“The warning signs are usually from discolouration of the outlets on the wall which indicates that the outlet is burnt. If you notice this, call us immediately as it can be serious”

Why do my lights flicker?

“This is usually due to a faulty light bulb, so try and make sure the bulb is completely secure. If it persists, try replacing the bulb completely or calling us and we’ll be happy to have a look for you”
