We charge for a minimum of one hour on all jobs, thereafter we charge in 30-minute increments.
Hourly and fixed rates are subject to VAT.
Charges are per engineer/s on site (not applicable to apprentices or helpers).
Fixed prices are available for jobs upon request which will be given verbally or in writing.
Our hourly rates do not include materials supplied for the job in hand.
Inspections:
We charge a one-off inspection fee of £50.00 + VAT. This fee will be deducted off the final price upon completion of the job in hand.
Payment, Invoicing and Receipts:
Invoices and receipts will always be clear and concise.
A full breakdown of labour and material costs can be provided upon request.
Payment must be made in full upon completion of work unless prior arrangements have been agreed. We accept bank transfer, cash, credit or debit card.
You Will Not Pay For:
Call-outs
Parking
Congestion
Travel
Any excess time spent on or off-site which is unrelated to the job in hand.
Vouchers and Discounts:
Vouchers and discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and do not apply to fixed-rate jobs.
Other:
If a confirmed booking is cancelled on the day of the scheduled appointment, the Customer will be charged a minimum cancellation fee equivalent to 1 hour of labour at the applicable rate for the job in hand.
If the Customer is not present at the agreed time of the booking and access to the property is not provided, the Customer will be charged a minimum fee equivalent to 1 hour of labour at the applicable rate for the job in hand.
